Martine holds an Executive MBA (eMBA) in Business Administration from the University of Quebec (UQAR) and a multidisciplinary bachelor’s degree in human resources management and project management from Laval University. She is also a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, highlighting her commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Her dynamic approach, strong teamwork, and excellent communication skills, coupled with her experience in project management, process improvement, and human resource management, make her an invaluable asset to any team. Her professional journey includes roles as Senior Manager of National Operations and Director of Human Resources and Operations at various organizations.
