The International Society of Female Professionals Recognizes Lisa Di Lillo
Lisa Di Lillo has made a mark for herself as a shining female entrepreneur in the transportation industry for over 15 years through Greystone Trailer Leasing Inc. To get to know her, you go have to go right to the roots. The daughter of the late Pat Di Lillo, an icon and leader in the transportation industry never to be forgotten, growing up in the industry taught Lisa all about the various types of equipment out there, even service. Pat was the founder of Di-Mond Trailers and the former owner of Mond Industries, which he ran from 1981 to 1998, before selling the company to Trailmobile.
Thankful to her late father for all he gave and taught her, Lisa learned from an early age, “it’s in your blood.” Her track record has certainly proved him right. Lisa understands that the industry is “all about relationships,” and over the years has met and collaborated with some amazing people.
Prior to Greystone Lisa worked for Provincial Trailer Rentals, where she learned the ropes of billing and service. “They were amazing people to work for very family-oriented company,” Lisa said. She is very happy to be servicing some of the largest corporations in Canada, and also has been growing in other areas, such as 24-hour service, through her new company Emergency Trailer Repair Services of Canada.
In 2021 RBC pressed her as Woman of Influence Nominee of the Year. Being a female in a male dominated industry has taught Lisa a lot, and she has been fortunate to see the change and evolution over the years. She credits her success to the support of her family, friends and network.
